Ill just record clips of a few things and get em on myspace. I don't think its neccessarily a bad thing, I just feel underpar when I hear all these tunes with a phat catchy upbeat style.

I got into dubstep for its darkness midnight request and haunted were the two songs that made me want more, they are hardly the most upbeat of songs

These are sounding alright, 2 shook me up I didn't realize you were doing clips.
They sound good tbh are they done in reason? if so you might wanna take the volume down a bit, sounds like it's doing that soft clipping thingy
The last bit of 2 sounded really deep, what music background do you come from? genres etc?

FL

, Ill adjust the volume, cheers for that.
As gimicky as you might class the genre, but my roots lie in trance, which developed into hardstyle and jumpstyle, and then into dub. Dub is were I feel i can really create. If that make sense.

pick a track you think is more happy and copy it. Copy it so you can understand what makes the happyness in the track. If you found that element then give it your own twist.
