ORIGINAL POST:
I am still pretty green as far as production knowledge goes, but I really want to start taking it seriously. This is the third song that I have produced.
It has a reggae / dub vibe, with some deep sub bass, and is at 140
I sequenced all the clips live, with Ableton and a Remote 37 SL, and recorded the kicks and snares with my nano pad.
It doesn't have any mastering on it yet, and the mix is very rough. I am waiting to get some feedback from some heads before I try to polish it up.
So twist one up, turns your subs up, and give it a listen.
I look forward to hearing what you think..... and take all your suggestion seriously !
Much Love to the DS Forum!
the quality is shit ! ! ! ! ! !

One third of A.I. (Aftee + I&I Productions)gravious wrote:The only reason they are called that is because Mala and Coki used to do a finger-puppet magic show.
However, the pressing plant on their first release misspelt Mystikal Digitz

Would love some constructive criticism on this tune. What works, what doesn't... What could be improved??? I have a lot of respect for the artists on the DSF and would really take any comments seriously. I am serious about trying to improve my production skills, so don't be afraid to tell me how you really feel!!!!!!
