help my friends get into dubstep

Post by gambledub » Sun Mar 29, 2009 6:36 am

been tryna get all my mates into dubstep over the last year aside from a few "yeah its not bad" or "thats pretty cool" they still havent really got into it mostly because of the lack of vocals  can anyone reccomend me some good songs with vocals in them?

Plastician - Guilty (Remix)
Mr. Lager - Tell Me
Foreign Beggers - Hit That Gash
Goth Trad - Law/Two Faced/Traffic Remix

Show them some grime...dubstep style! ie. Ghetto!

Let me know how it goes.

I was talking to some indy head last night and he was jibbling on about something along the lines of "do you think one day you could just listen to something totally different?". And I was being polite and consensual and all that shit but basically he was saying "I don't like your music and well I think you should listen to my limp dick cigarette shit". Basically I should have said look dude "you're the one stuck in the past with your taste in music lol so im good thanks".

In my view either you listen dubstep because you're a naturally curious type of music listener (like me) or you're some sheep mofo in which case you get into 'cause u follow the crowd.

If people can't try something new out of curiousity then fuk em.
