As much as I want to see Dubstep grow I don't want loads of tossers liking it and ruining the amazing level of good vibes at Dubstep nights

Music is for everyone.
If you dont want kids in the youth club to like it, why play it?

so you only want certain people from a certain background to enjoy dubstep.
One of the best things about the seen is that there is such a diverse lot of people involved. Just because someone dresses in a certain way does not mean they are gonna start fights.

^ my sentiment. To be honest i would have thought that working in a youth club you would take on a better attitude and not take on them sort of prejudices . . .
EDIT: (was talking agreeing with doms post)

dubstep is for every1 of course.. but some people will need educating about how people in dubstep do not have attitude. and will not stab u..
the grime crew have not done the youth any favours.. u will get buried etc shanked. etc all this bollox.

apparently you have a clearcut set of rules predetermined as to the direction dubstep is intended to go
i can think of some dictators who shared this kind of thinking
