I've recently returned from Buenos Aires, where they're unlikely to understand where dubstep's coming from for quite a while longer... It's a far cry from London.

In BA there are a few DJs about (luisao and daleduro off the top of my head) and they make the odd appearance at random nights. However, a couple of things labelled "dub" seem to be cropping up: new Dub room at ZZK and Illumiate are doing a set of nights - dub, dancehall, hip-hop n funk. So maybe it will gain some momentum but I have seen plenty of Bs Ariens listening to a dstep set clearly dumfounded by these "new" sounds n rhythms.

Also Bs As needs a good ol regular sound system to pump out the SUB.
