yeah he does. under the name Underhill.. he's got like 2-3 releases out there
on point: Skream and Mala have sick snares. However, I like most the one in Chase&Status-Bits
on point #2: there's a mix from Joe Nice called "lost dubs" where he introduces a song by saying: "this is the best snare in dubstep". I'll let you guys take it from here

Would this ass be bare or clothed?
A bare ass would have considerably more high end, while one with pants on would have more mid-range and sound more like a traditional snare.

that would be mystikz' "intergalactic dub", and it's certainly the most pronounced snare in dubstep.
