joker Ginz Basement jaxx (Raindrops) Remix

Post by general waste » Wed May 27, 2009 10:45 am

Big up Joker and Ginz just heard there remix of Raindrops which is the new forth coming single release for basment Jaxx.

over hyped as is every other new pop dance release this summer
"its shaping up to be the soundtrack to the summer" bollox, not a big fan of the jaxx version.. but joker and Ginz have made very good use of the vocal, whilst ladedning the tune with the cosmic synths thats getting people hopping in the dances across the nation..

out of all the mixes as well as the original single jokers & Gin'z version is the only one worth getting your shoulder role out for.......

look out for it release date June 22nd..

It is a fucking masterclass in remixing.

I am not over-fond of the original either - and that's unusual as I love the Jaxx to the point where I'd say they are possibly the best pop singles act of the last 10-15 years - but this remix is just staggeringly large.

interested to hear this. joker's one of the only producers who I'd imagine is capable of making good mainstream crossover records.
