Found this one when I was looking into it a while ago. Looks like quite good prices, but don't know what the quality's like. Maybe it's worth getting it mastered at Transition and then get them to press the vinyl.
£755 for 1000 singles did seem pretty good per unit, but I'm no expert.

Hmm....

JTS specialise in roots reggae and UK steppers so they would probably be able to give you that heavy bass sound that we all know and love.
They run a nice soundsystem called Jah Tubby's. A lot of UK sound systems get their hardware like amps, pre-amps, sirens etc from them.

for mastering everyone will probably say Transition - clearly they've got dubstep locked down cos they've been cutting the 'names' dubs for so long.
As the No.1 alternative, I'd say check out Heathmans - they are one of the most famous mastering houses around, been doing allsorts from pop to DnB for fucking years, including cutting dubs for many of the 'big boys' in DnB and beyond - Shane & Beau in particular are held in very high regard.
For recent examples, the Toasty & Elemental plates on Destructive were cut by Beau at Heathmans, as was the Pitch Black 12" and the Benga plate on Immerse. To me they sound unbelievably crisp, flat and loud: http://www.heathmans.co.uk/
To compare with the mastering from Transition, check out any of the Tectonic 10"s (or recent Tempa/HF stuff) - a little more colourful imo, but possibly more suited specifically to dubstep when you're playing them out.
Pressing-wise, I know a few people that rely on Independent Pressing for their vinyl, and have no complaints: http://www.low-life.fsnet.co.uk/pressing/index.htm
