simple - FREE EXPERIMENTAL DUB ------- (6 FREE 320s)

Post by collective » Sat Jun 13, 2009 10:41 pm

Here is a collection of stripped down, minimal dub influenced experimental tracks. Littered with found sound, smooth buttery stabs and deep siney bass the release pushes avante-garde obscured rhythms.

Have a listen:

This stuff is amazing! Production is spot on, the tunes are sick and the athmospheres lush :D

Reminds me a bit of stuff like Alva Noto, Kangding Ray and Ryoji Ikeda

Thanks a lot for sharing your stuff, will certainly play some of these in my radioshow :)

Thanks for the share, interesting tunes..

A little too minimal for my taste...

IMHO, The drums sound a little bit weak, don't hit hard enough

All of the songs sound pretty much the same too, and some of the little sounds just get annoying after listening to them for more than 30 seconds...

Not trying hate, just my opinion

no thank you for sharing. It was a conceptual album so the tracks will obviously sound similar.

As for the drum hitting and "little" sounds, thats personal creative choice on my part. I chose to synthesis all my own drum sounds to give it a rounder less descriptive feel. This is not club music by any means. I am not looking for the compressed punch you were expecting to hear.

Thanks for the response
