Camel Alchemy help

Post by gabbo » Tue Jun 30, 2009 6:46 am

Hey guys

Just got camel alchemy and im having trouble automating things such as the lfo rate. I cant seem to find it on the parameters list when automating and i also cant record its automation.

Also, for some reason whenever i stop and then restart playback the lfo rate goes back down to zero but nothing else resets.

Help would be much appreciated, hopefully im just missing something.
(Using Logic 8 if that helps)

I know in abelton, the lfo rate appears as a automation destination, but its far more convenient to assign a macro knob to the lfo rate as the macro knobs are at the start of the list, and then you can do more fun sound design stuff by tying other parameters to the same macro knob. I dont understand what you mean about the lfo restarting. do you have the trigger button engaged? that restarts the lfo when you press a key. or are you talking about stuck notes?

Basically whats happening is i will put the lfo rate up to lets say 1/4 and then when i hit stop it resets to 256 beats which is its default value...

Same thing happens in unsynced mode
