Lots of wierd ones like the Erhu, Kantele, ZhongRuan, Pipa and Yangqin....

Some more include the koto, shamisen, shakuhachi.

You may have some success searching for Refills and Soundfonts instead of just waves.... Perhaps you'll find some on Freesound.org?

also, some VST plugins specialise in sampling/recreating oriental instruments. KVR will aid your search padawan ;)
