Post-Apocalyptic Dubstep/ Dubstep remix of 1940/50's oldies

Post by twothirdsmajority » Mon Jul 13, 2009 12:38 pm

I'm creating a Dubstep radio station for Fallout 3. I need some really scary post-apocalyptic-ish Dubstep toonz. Maybe tracks from Skream or maybe Dygital Mystikz's "Haunted". But i need Moar.

And on the topic of Fallout 3, i'd love to see some Dubstep remixes of 50's and 40's classic oldies. It'd be a welcoming addition to my FO3 radio station.

Anyone?

To me post - ap... dubstep would be

Vex'd - 3rd Choice - (Loefah Remix)

Hijak - Nightmarez

Mala - Left Leg Out

Burial - You Hurt Me, actually, anything on his darker tip...

Ramadanman - Blimey

Vex'd - Bombardment of Saturn

I came in here expecting to find some! Would be cool as hell.

Similar to this Venetian Snares track?

As it's post-apocolyptic it could work for its dark history. It's known as the Hungarian Suicide song, written in 1936 if I remember correctly. I think it was banned because a spate of suicides came about after its release, one of which was the composers fiancee. Funk uses the Billy Holiday cover.

Maybe this...It's classical but I suppose that's timeless.

Classic track for the record.

Would song pretty sick on Fallout I reckon.

Iron Man by Armour has a very post-apocalyptic feel to it...
