yes we're after a comedian a black lady....we saw her on the paul ogrady show...terribly ugly...big rubber lips....very dark....a coloured lady but she's so funny

obviously i have to bite my lip so people buy stuff lol

it just seemed like they were a bit racist and overawed that they saw a black person on telly and whilst they were ugly in a way black stereotyes are they were of some use as they were so funny...

Yeaaaaars ago when I worked as a barman whilst I was at college an old dude came up to the bar in the restaurant I worked in. He had an old RAF blazer on with all his medals and looked very respectable. He ordered two drinks, one for himself and one for his wife who was sat at the table. Being a restaurant it was of course table service:

"I'll just carry your drinks across to your table, sir"
"GOOD HEAVENS NO! You're not an Indian, boy. I'll take them across myself."

Least he didn't say 'coloured' or some other derogatory term - so clearly he had some respect for people who were not the same hue as him (probably served in India), but was still a bit perplexing.

this kid came in the spar where i work once wanting tobacco. now, i'm underage myself so when someone is younger than me it's pretty obvious.

anyway, turned out he didn't have any fake ID or even any money..

so we made him write a 400 word essay on why we should give him cigarettes, gave him some paper and a pen and he stood there and wrote the whole thing on the counter (plus an extra 10 words for every spelling/grammar mistake we spotted).

i had to take a week i spent over in dublin sorting my aunt's funeral out as holiday because my boss said "if i let you have it as compassionate leave then all the indians in here will be claiming it every 5 minutes. you know as well as i do they've all got about 15 aunts"
