Grime LP Rephlex Night @ The End April 2004. mp3's?

Post by seckle » Fri Jul 17, 2009 9:17 pm

i put this thread in this main forum because these mp3's are too important.

i was trying to link a friend to them, and all the links for these important sets are deadout now. at least from what i've just searched. I have the slaughtermob set below but my plastician/markone mp3 is corrupted. fellas, this night was too big to not have a solid archive out, so please, if you've got the other mp3's...do us a favor and link them here.(originally these were hosted on the rephlex site...not anymore though.)

loads of memories.

Former Hyperdub site back in 2004 or 2005 had a lot of amazing mixes and wicked articles too... Some of the texts were published again at Riddim.ca... But the mixes... Only three or two are at the Mixes section I think... Kode posted them some time ago... I'd love to have these Rephlex mixes here too...

just found the plastic/mark one set on my old haven't-been-started-in-over-a-year pc :D

will post the link when it's uploaded.

(re)edit:
(removed my link, have a bit to much stuff on the server, scroll down a bit for seckles mirror)

brings back a lot of memories!
these are the sets which got me hooked to dubstep back in the day, don't know how many times I listened to them, but I just might put them on the ipod once again.
Sounds of the future, still!

the site's basically in archive mode now but whenever i finally around to it i'm planning to add a section for classic/rare sets: rephlex night, big apple mixes, kode and blackdown groovetech mixes, original rips, darksideriddem sets, etc. but i move slowly and i'm easily distracted

An excellent night....sparsely attended with plenty of space to dance....something which no one was quite sure of how to do so just spazzed out in their own way.....epic times.
