Subloaded/Dubloaded - I believe the last one (Dubloaded) was at the Croft, a quality place to check out.

Pinch's nite Dubloaded monthly Wednesdays if you can reach - had Kode 9 & Martyn in recent months, Shackleton in a few weeks!

Also Season Five is excellent, and Ruffnek Diskotek too.

Is dubloaded always at the croft? is subloaded the same thing or a compete different night? Sorry but I know nothing about Bristol!

Weblinks to events would be much appreciated too!

Byte is actually stopping but thanks for the reccomendations people! If you're down our way on Fri 18th Sept then come to our last party featuring SLT Mob, Rossi B & Luca, Luke Envoy, Headhunter and many more! Gonna be messy.

Dubloaded is defo the big daddy of the scene here and one of only 2 or 3 dances that can consider itself a true dubstep event, Seasonfive and Sureskank being the others.

Most nights incorporate the sound in some way down here these days. If you want big names in the scene check The Blast or Shoestring who book the big boys, more interesting names will get booked by Crazylegs/Focus/Hype Society whatever sub-brand they've created this week. There's also Shudder but I think they've stopped for a bit. To be honest, if you're coming to visit or study here, then each week there's at least 4 or 5 nights where you can go and listen to dubstep. The scene down here is crazy for promoters running after that dubstep dollar!

Check www.hijackbristol.co.uk or www.headfirstmusic.co.uk to keep up to date. Good luck!

Sooo much choice, moving up there in september, can't wait. Do these clash much? Going to my first proper one, starkey at the tube on wednesday. And most of my loan is going to be spent at these or rooted for sheezy.

always too much to choose from......

in coming weeks I recommend either catching me, apathesis and time @ the croft on 7th of august or if thats not your bag you have koan sound, statix and chasing shadows @ Lab on the same night

As always - bristol has the widest range of events, the best soundsystems and the best community between events and promoters in the country which all makes for a good night out for anyone!

All about this tingaling! The only night that's capable of dragging me back from Wales, as odd as that sounds...
