UPDATES

Post by diztruktif » Sat Nov 04, 2006 7:38 am

1)8k Array Sound System will be setup... in parrallel with a 3k bridged system...

2) DCG is on the edge of a split... but this does not make any changes to the venue or the soundsystem, also reason for the my group split, is because my partner has assumed now not one like ME then i will not get anyware... explain the soundsystem i just obtained....?

3) Don't take any post personal, unless you're not willing to do much to push the sound, most of you are in it for money and will not come unless you get paid, well this show is not for you.

4) Sorry for the roughtness around the edges but this is the way i know who is this for the movement, so i'm sorry if i offended anyone, but also it's not like you've created dubstep anyways, if you have things to offer (not money), be it ideas or just to give a hand... then all of you are welcome to be a part...

5) SHOW for NOV. 18 might also be pushed back, i will be posting more updates.

I am moving down there (sometime) after christmas, and will be down to play for free whenever possible. I should be down by WMC, but if not shortly thereafter. Ive been looking, and this is the first mention of dubstep in miami i have seen. Big ups!, and look forward to working with you to give miami the dubstep it needs!

you are the kind of talent miami needs... look forward to have you at our shows... but there has been some changes, DCG has split... and now some heads from Dubstep NYC have contacted me, they will be running the show for me. So it's i will not be in charge or the talents no more... but contact me and i'll surely make even shorten my set to give you a slot...

Im looking into coming out for WMC so I will be getting you a demo asap. I hope to have it done this week... Do you have any info on the good hotel deals or packages?

:edit: Didnt see the part about the split, sorry to hear it, I will still get you a demo but I understand if you cant help out with a booking. I would still appreciate some travel info if you have any, no worries if you dont...

Thank you, I will definitely keep in touch. I wont know anyone down there, any advice on decent neighborhoods to look into? I liked the fountainbleu area in coral gables, and little havana looked like it could be fun. I dont want to find out after I move in that I moved into the wrong neighborhood!

Hi...this is info that you all may want to know since you like dubstep. There is dubstep regularly @ Laundry Bar in Miami Beach. The next session will be Dec 15th. One of the residents @ The Laundry Bar is TS Heritage who happens to be the most accomplished & well-known dubstep dj in the area. He used to be known as T.Farmer from the old BeatCamp D&B crew. The Laundry Bar has an excellent sound system that definitely is worthy of dubstep/grime basslines...and its ALWAYS FREE ADMISSION!!!
