Does anyone else watch this amazing T.V. show? I found out about it about 2 weeks ago and watched every episode (total of 20 episodes each episode 50 min long) in the span of 2 days. granted i had a nice supply of herb to keep me focus'd throughout this 18 hour endeavor :Z:

The show is actually that addicting, but you gotta watch it from episode 1 onward in order to fully understand and appreciate the plot.

incase anyone hasnt heard of it heres the plot: its about a highschool chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and is expected to die within 3 months. In an attempt to secure the financial future of his family he starts to manufacture and distrubute methamphetamine, this leads him into a seedy drug underworld and all types of crazy shit goes down!i dont wanna give away spoilers of any specifics because some of the things that happen are absolutely brilliant. oh and btw its comedy / drama.

Just everything about the show is amazing from the cast to the plot to the scenery/location(Albuquerque, New Mexico) all just works really well imo

Anyone else love this show as much as i do

The bit in series one where he puts the pieces of the plate together and realises ones missing gave me goosebumps! Sick series

1st series was great
2nd series ok
3rd series .... shit (so far)

just get the impression that the writers have played their best hand already and they have a hard time incorporating the elements of comedy
worth watching tho

how is the 3rd season shit?
there is no plot diversions, everything that has happened this season has their causes tie back to seasons one and two.

Remember how Don Salamanco remembers Heisneberg's real name? And then how he related it to Tuco's cousins?
that scene was slick.
the mid series character addition, which is often the hallmark of the thinning of the plot, actually ties up one of the 'That would never happen' elements for me, that a middle aged school teacher could set up shop with no repercussions from the cartel.

Don't get me wrong I do actually like the show and enjoy it immensely
..but ...
the musical number halfway through the second series was pointless and shit
after that the show lost it's integrity imo - I just hate it when shows try to parody themselves
lets be honest.. his wife and son are just very dull characters and have been repeating themselves for 2 series
The Bother in law who works for the DEA - his anxiety attacks were a really interesting idea I thought but the way they seem to be developing it after the last episode is a wasted opportunity

Yeh 90% of the family scenes do my head in. Give me more drug dealing shenagigans/scenes with Saul/Tuco-esque characters any day.

Got about halfway through series two and got distracted :P Might start watching it again, but it'll probably be after I watch all of Lost.

I saw the first season and I really liked it. I don't get into many shows, but I enjoyed that one. I think Bryan Cranston is great, he was always good in Seinfeld and also in Malcolm in the middle as the dad.

not just that but a great director aswell, love the whole feel of the show. i've not caught series 3 yet, but love what i've seen in series 1+2.

also how big a bitch is his wife, at the start of series1 you feel so sorry for him having to work as a teacher and at the carwash whilst he gets nothing but shit from her and she can't even give him head on his birthday.
