anything cheese based
preferably a massive plate of loads of posh cheeses and a variety of crackers.
or cheese on toast
although on a non-cheesey tip, bowl after bowl of coco pops is always a winner

A current favourite...this one is improved about a hundred times with the simple addition of raggae raggae sauce!

This + Watermelon Sour Patch candies + a gallon of purple drink by my side with a 24 pk of Pepsi in the fridge. Always have lethal doses of sugar on hand.
Oh, and +1 to whoever said DSF needs a recipe thread. We could probably come up with plenty of ideas from those budget meal shows on Food Network.

This thread is called the BEST production food/snacks...not what do you eat while producing lol
Anyone that knows anything about the brain/body(which is interconnected) knows that in order to maintain focus and creativity you need to keep yourself healthy.
So I guess if you only plan on producing for 10 minutes at a time sugar might be a good idea haha
Otherwise it is all about organic fruits, veggies, and such. Not what anyone wants to hear but it is the truth.
I am a coffee addict like many others around here but I've found that a good substitute is fresh yerba mate. Yerba mate is similar to caffeine but lasts longer and doesn't make you crash or get all jittery....these side effects make it harder to focus.
It is also proven that exercise improves creativity.
Just some FOOD FOR THOUGHT :p

what i said was based on that..
m&ms are an adequate balance between sugar and protein, they dont get you tired as much as jelly beans worms or sour patches would...
salad (veggie/fruit) is the best too.
