I recently had a guy contact me to ask if he could make a music video to the tune in my profile (a much newer version tho). I graciously said YES! Mainly as this guy gets paid to do video production for major companies, and he offered to do it for free for me.
He asked what I had in mind, before explaining how he will listen to the track 15-20 times to see what images and ideas he gathers. He'll then send me a storyboard to get my final approve / additional suggestions. I'm really excited beyond words to final see my music finally put to a video, and am so humbled that someone has approached me and offered to do this. However, he said he has loads of paid projects to be doing first, so I have to be patient and wait till he is done with them.

Got a tune played by Distance on his new talent thing. Plays on Sub FM. Remix i did got released digitally. A few nice messeges from some well respected artists and getting reccomended to a pretty major label on the deeper side of things... Nothing really to write home about yet!

Some people doing seriously well from here though.. :o

Not that I'm success oriented in this regard, but I think this thread is incredible encouragement. The jackasses all around you, through hard work and careful study, are taking significant steps towards achieving their dreams!

Get to work!

I've featured on 2 german blogs:

I've got an EP out on Monkeydub, and another one coming out in December.

Money isn't my main motivation to produce, but it was nice to receive my first substantial royalties thru paypal the other day, I spent all the money on new vinyl straight away! My personal ambition is to get a tune released on vinyl, hopefully before the world explodes in 2012.
