Looking at the accomodation through outlook as well. Is there seriously a 12am curfew on appartments?

Was told last week that the Outlook people were gonna sort accommodation out themselves now. Sounded like old applications were being ignored by the agency people they were using. Getting a bit antsy about the whole accom and bus transfer thing now as I'm travelling solo and also need to catch a flight to the US for work right after the festival. Really can't afford to miss that flight!

Have been in almost constant communication with the organisers for quite a while now. The only thing I'm worried about atm is that for transfers back to Venice... they have said they're only going to be arranged if there's enough people getting that particular flight. Which means if it's not a popular choice I'm gonna have to work out how to get to Italy hundreds of miles away just so I don't miss my flight.

I hope I can hook up with other people getting the same one! I'm getting the 22:25 flight from Venice landing back in London @ 23:30 on the 6th.

About apartments and travel to and from airports. They said they'd get back to me about the apartment but that was over a week ago. Kinda need to sort my travel back too coz I have to fly off straight to the US to go to a conference for work. At the very least would be nice if they just told me I should just look into accom myself.

Regarding transfers I got a very quick response from... info@outlookfestival.com I take it you guys have filled the form out on the website and got a reply?

As for apartments I have been talking to someone called Mark who is contactable on outlookapt@googlemail.com he sent me a new Excel file to fill out just last week.

For other general enquires including information on boat parties etc. you should email events@luu.leeds.ac.uk or Lucy on l.c.j.scarisbrick@leeds.ac.uk

It is a bit confusing having so many contacts, hope that helps a bit guys :P for anyone going on the same flight as me feel free to hook up, I'm only coming over with one other mate.

Yep, last person who got in touch with me was Mark. For transfers, last I got was an automated reply from transfers@outlookfestival.com after filling in the form. Didn't even get a second response after I sent in a follow-up message to change my return transfer.

I would like to say I shall be coming, got my apartment sorted, and flights.. I do not however know whose playing or if this year will be any good. All I can say is I had fun last time. It was like being back in school with all my mates. Highly recommend you going. You can most probably by tickets on the door like the last two years, just sort out your own accomodation, get on a bus or a plane and make your way out there.

By the way drugs are waste... and if I catch any ninja's of there face yelling ninja I am going to get them to renounce their ninja status... Dubstep never been about gurning.. it's all about the riddems. It will most certainly be an interesting experience considering that every item at this place is being brought in from else where. One thing I will advise upon is bringing an umbrella. The weather starts to turn in september, it could be sweltering or it could rain...

Hold tight the tropical storm me and everyone on the last boat party got caught in.. That was a totally next level experience.

Hold tight B...
