I don't think i'm getting you here, but unless you own the actual video you're going to be downloading it from a different site, or using a programme to record the audio. It might say on that site that it's recording in '320' but it wont be because the origional video is less quality. You can't record a lesser rate as '320' and it magically improves in sound quality.
