I think in all fairness,
Kryptic Minds - One of Us should be categorised as a 2009 release. CD and Digital version came out in 2009, only the vinyl edition was released early 2010.

So only vinyl is real? Short-sighted as far as I'm concerned. Albums are better suited for a CD release anyway. Unless they are made one track per side. Which is a costly affair. I have several vinyl albums and always end up buying the cd's because there are simply more tracks on there usually. That being said, I can respect your argument. But I seem to remember 'One of Us' being in the voting options last year anyway.
It's a great album by the way, the best album of 2009 probably.
