RUNNERS UP:

30 seconds to Mars

HIM

Bucky Cherry have got to be there, wtf has happened to rock? Is it actually fully dead??? Only real rock band I can think of that are good these days are QOTSA!

Biffy used to be really good, vertigo of bliss is a fucking quality album but pretty much everything they've released from about 2007 onwards has been really poor, funnily enough that was around about the time they got popular and started having chart success... interesting correlation, formerly awesome band begin to release middle of the road, bland music and enjoy chart success, doesn't happen much in :6:

I love his music. Brings me back to when I was young and downloading all the HBO shows from limewire which him and kyle made

That Slipknot video makes me cringe so fucking much. Let it be known that I actually still kinda like the self titled album.

The annoying thing is slipknot would have been alright with a different singer. Some of the instrumental work on the first two albums is pretty good

Wow, I'd totally forgotten about them.

Honestly, compared to stuff like Brokencyde I kind of miss the days when Good Charlotte were the epitome of bad rock music.

Sorry but this is rubbish. Blackend Sky is one of their most accessible albums - 57 and Just Boy for example, although brilliant, are pure pop songs - and if the album had been released on a major label in place of Puzzle or Only Revolutions they would be just as popular.

It's still a better album

Vertigo of Bliss is the best one by far anyway. It's cleverly written
