Thank you all for downloading volume 1 & 2 of the halftone sample packs, 10,000 of you have downloaded them and I didn't think that they would be so popular!

The latest edition of my sample pack includes some construction kits with wet and dry versions of percussion loops, kicks, snares and more!

I Have included an extra folder purely for some of my favourite snares for you! (Brostep, Skrillex, Datsik)

Ive had a lot of downloads but very little feedback on what to include and really ill include anything im not one of these fussy producers that wont help nobody but themselves so make sure you give feedback!

Kicks are great
Perhaps some different claps and funky hats and such?

awesome man, i love the hi hat patterns you put in them too.

only thing i could say to improve on (well not really improve but would be awesome) is too put random samples of melodic stuff.

drums are awesome though, used them in my latest wip!

Hey HalfTone, can you by any chance make a REALLY thick, loud snare with a deep middle... I like those sort of old 60's sounding snares that sound muffled a bit but have a high end.

Did a little bit of research on 60's snares and came up with this, its very punchy and its hits all the frequencies perfectly!
If you want it abit thicker try layering it with one from my sample pack thats a longer sample and compress and distort them together or whatever

Big ups for the samples man!! Excellent quality

Little tip, not really something that you should really be doing but oh well, put a extremely steep high pass on a kick upto 190hz ish and then take some of the high end out and it sounds like alot of the snares that are really punchy in brostep

Thanks man, I'm downloading this one right now and I'll let you know how I like them. By any chance do you have any massive patches/fm8 patches you can give out? Pre-made/you-made doesn't matter. I don't have any patches as I always make my own. But I'm getting to that point where I should expand and get other peoples patchs and reverse engineer them to get better at it.

Short story version: MOAR PATCHES I NEEDZ.
