This sums it up for me perfectly. He's in great films like Raising Arizona, Adaptation, and Matchstick Men..then does bullshit like Con-Air (a terrible fucking movie, who are we kidding??), Knowing, and National Treasure. Cash grabs like that are unforgiveable, imo.

actually shud say i hated watching it, not saying its badly made, just didn't enjoy it

Watch Leaving Las Vegas and see if you still reckon he's a crap actor- quality film and acting, won the Oscar for best actor for good reason

He's always interesting to watch and so hilariously intence. Its not really overacting when you're that nuts, isit? .
Cage is just a loonie that if you're lucky, you get on tape. As close to Kinsky as possible nowadays.

I can only think of one movie that I liked with him in it... Matchstick men and that wasn't even that good
Probably would've been better with a different actor IMO
