If you are buying shit legitly and arent in to kiddy porn or harrassing folks online you are ok and should enjoy the xbox one
What if I want to sell my games on Ebay? Or Craigslist? Or anywhere that isn't Gamestop?
What if I want to rent from Redbox?
What if I don't want to have it connected to the internet all the time?
What if I want to borrow a game from a friend?
Oh wait I can't cause the Xbox One is a pile of shit. What guarantee is there that I'll even be able to use the fucking thing after the next console comes out? The second they get hacked like PSN or decide to turn off the servers (which they will eventually; XBL for the OG Xbox was stopped in 2010) all I have is a $400 paperweight.

I am just getting a boner of the thought of a new Skyrim or fallout 3 that makes use of the power...then I remember I probably shouldn't splurge my redundancy on a new expensive console

DRM never prevents pirates and always is the biggest nuisance to legitimate customers.
Xbone is combining everything that people hate about PC DRM (without having the options of multiple shops to buy titles from with the option of no DRM) adding in some new physical requirements and placing restrictions on resale of physical goods by linking them to a digital account.
The only good thing that can come of this for me is if Gamestop goes under and mom and pop shops can thrive again, other than that it's a pretty shitty deal for anyone who buys this.

What if I want to sell my games on Ebay? Or Craigslist? Or anywhere that isn't Gamestop? - technically you've never been legally allowed to resell games. So no change there, this just enforces that.
What if I want to rent from Redbox? Then you can't, this kind of thing sucks. Only way I can see there being a workaround from this with the current information available is that if these rental places are given a bunch of codes that give you the license to play the game for a certain number of days
What if I don't want to have it connected to the internet all the time? It has to be connected once a day. This honestly doesn't bother me since I am always playing xbox online anyway, so I need to be connected
What if I want to borrow a game from a friend? If somebody has been in your friends list for 30 days they can let you borrow one of their games. You can transfer licenses between consoles as long as both parties consent.

It could be said if that's all they have to focus on they are worried...
I like that there's free game downloads to gold subscribers in july xbox wise...the one thing that might bother me is if my existing games library doesn't play on the xbox one

yeah just seen that...wankers.
Money is tight for a lot of people right now and on top of asking such an extortionate price they make all your games obsolete, might just stick with the 360 for a bit
