This is the boring answer but isn't it more about womens vocal range and something technical relating to syllables.. the really technical female mcs like for example lady leshurr or missy both have that annoying side to it..

tbh the only female rappers that doesn't grate a bit imo - is someone like Bahamadiah but thats more the the exception to a rule ..
I dunno.. i really dont like the idea that woman cant be rappers... but
