I wonder why people describe the effects of this shit as a "trip". That
word implies some sort of kinda coherent hallucinating or at the very
least a hallucination that appears coherent to yourself during the "trip"
but is complete nonsense afterwards.
Salvia's "high" is not any of the above. I consider it a brain-damaging
pointless experience. The only thing that i found salvia has in common
with the proper psychedelics like shrooms, mescaline or lsd is that deep
inside your troubled soul during the duration of the effect is that tiny bit
of yourself that never gets high or low and painfully reminds you that you
caused that to ur own self. Fuck salvia . I am off course against the
criminalisation of any drug.

I don't describe it as a "trip", I describe it as "losing mah shit"

Salvia can be a violent, disorienting experience. Acid/shrooms/DMT won't prepare you for the
kick in the nuts that Salvia delivers, especially if you're smoking a potent extract (20x or higher).
That said, if you lowdose--chew a bitter-as-fuck 5-15g quid of regular Salvia leaves--you can get an incredibly pleasant, sublime, spiritual trip that pairs well with meditation in a safe, comfortable environment. Set and setting are (obviously) important in this regard, but it's also helpful to clearly define (in a sober state!) what you want out of the experience. Sagewisdom's 'salvia users guide' is indispensable reading in this regard:

I have never done this shit, but I have never heard anyone say anything good about it. Sounds like a legal drug people abuse because they are too pussy to get the real shit.

Nah man, people do that once just to see if it works.
The reason it's legal is cus noone ever does it again.

Salvia is just... It's just... It's strange, very strange. I can't really imagine someone smoking Salvia every week, let alone every day. Everyone I know who's taken Salvia always has a weird extra-dimensional experience. Just a feeling that you're not "supposed" to be there.
If your mind was like an old computer with all those dials an knobs, Acid would be turning all the dials to one side. Salvia is like re-arranging all the parts inside the machine into some strange mechanical monster.

I've only had a "proper trip" on Salvia once, when I took a full bong downpipe of Salvia 20x held it for as long as I could. I had already taken Morning Glory. I wanted to take it to it's limits and I really did. Skipped the pulling sensation and rocketed right out of the stratosphere.
Got very bad time dilation, floated around in extra-dimensional space for about an eternity, came off the trip and the environment around me started changing. In about an hour it went from Nursery -> Playschool -> Park with animal hedges (in the garden) -> primary school -> secondary school -> front room. But I thought I was fucked because of the 5 minute trip it normally is, haven't done it since.

When I was floating around in extra dimensional space I wasn't human. I didn't even remember having been human, I was nothingness in a state of ethereal bliss and because of time-dilation I had been that way for eternity. Then I became a strange shape, a letter of some sort, and started being drawn towards this portal, which was also a book, and a cube, all the time scared shitless at what was happening to me with no memory of being human. Got imprinted on the page and woke up in my body. Basically got as far as "WTF, how long was I gone?" Then I started having the visual trip.
It was the strongest thing I've ever experienced. The bliss was magical and the fear was intense, but I've never taken it since. It truly is a scary drug.

its not a recrenational drug. if you use it as such you'll be disapointed one way or another. thats where most of us go wrong.
used correctly, in the right surroundings, it will show you 'things' deep inside your mind and add some clarity to your self and perspective...

For sure. It is "Diviner’s Sage".
