this is the first month in the last 3 years that dsf revenue from ads will be higher than the hosting costs.phobang wrote:I'll gladly entertain some proof that this site generates less than that, which should be interesting. Again, I might be totally wrong, but if in fact they make that much, it makes sense to make improvements..
to be honest, i feel lazy when i think/talk/work on how to improve the forum whole day.phobang wrote:Really there is no reason other than pure laziness or an unwillingness to accept changes that need to come about that causes it.

Sure the emperor's clothes are a little thin, (whose aren't?) but you never get anywhere trying to expose him to the crowd that adores him, do you?
Everyone is so content to take whatever they get, which is why you Americans haven't done shit, while Martial law is declared and your government just socialized your ENTIRE economy... umm...
read the declaration of independence sometime, and I think you'll see where I'm going...
See, people are inclined to keep their mouths shut, rather than make waves. Those people take whatever they get. I take what I want and leave the rest. Unfortunately, there are a few things lacking and I am ready to provide them post haste.all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
