Blue Notez is definitely my favourite out of the DMZ but not overall; I suppose there can't really be a definitive consensus for the pinnacle of dubstep.

im throwing Mark Pritchard's Heavy as Stone into this list, yeah its new but i cant stop rinsing this and 5 years from now this tune is still gonna be great.

The title "best" is a very subjective one, isn't it? Otherwise, this thread would have been over with last year. Anyway, Coki's "Spongebob" is usually my answer to any question of this sort.
