the sample source has been discussed on here many times, thats the only reason I know, so credit where its due, cockney thug is a hilarious and legendary character

Funny thing is, I actually came across that character the first time today after googling Iannucci (who is a hero of comedy), unfortunately it was the Sunday Observer clip rather than the hospital one, which would have saved me from making an ignorant comment
