Head towards the back of the station/towards the coach station... there's a little shopping centre attached with a mini Sainsburys and a load of pubs/restaurants upstairs.

He's talking about upstairs at the train station not the bus station I'm assuming as I don't think the bus station has an upstairs?

towards the bus station, rather than into the bus station. The bus station end of the train station.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. This is the train station Im talking about, and this is not the part with Maccy Ds/KFC etc. This is the escalators next to WH Smiths/ATM machines, pretty much opposite the actual pay toilets.

Theres the upstairs part of the station with HMV/kfc/Game and all that jazz thats above the (inner ?) london line trains
Didnt know about free toilets up there though! Thats 30p saved
