what are some good city building games? i'm bored of/ played out tropico, cities xl, sim city, will i like anno 2020? seems like it's not focused enough on building, y/n?
Dwarf Fortress, Towns, Gnomoria.
Between Black Friday/Cyber Monday and all the game sales, I can't spend anymore. Got a ton of new games and a Logitech G35 headset for a good price. Unfortunately no deals better than normal for a GTX 670.
which ones are you enjoying most?
Scribblenauts Unlimited by far (even though it's just new and not on sale), just browsing a few of the others so far, just got done installing Hitman Absolution last night so gonna give that a go later, like I said too much of a backlog atm.

Hmmm varies, i tend to wait for sales (splurge a bit during the big ones), probably the same most spend on going to the bar regularly in a month or less. Keep in mind I'm primarily a PC gamer so I'm not shelling out anywhere near as much as most people with consoles for the same amount of games.
IE: a purchase yesterday
Batman Arkham City GOTY
7.49 USD
Mark of the Ninja
7.49 USD
Orcs Must Die 2 - Complete Pack
6.24 USD
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
12.49 USD
Subtotal
33.71 USD
Tax
0.00 USD
Total
33.71 USD
I also snagged Hitman Absolution for like $32 and Scribblenauts Unlimited is only $30 on Steam, the combined cost of those two is what I'd pay for just one of them on consoles.

the most i spend on games is on my birthday... i always buy some sort of old school console and what ever games or accesories i can get my mitts on... i'm a sucker for old school games that focus more on fun and less on "simulation" etc
and no, they don't pay me to put anything in my sig, but since i don't use that space to spam my music i thought i'd spam something else i had a little hand in

Yea I generally don't buy games right at release, but made some exceptions this year, I usually wait for GOTY editions or the holiday sales (wish I had for Borderlands 2)
