You could just paypal an American bud the money to buy and gift it to you, or...
For EU customers, if you go to https://store.steampowered.com and login, then navigate to https://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us you can buy the game via the website. I literally just did so myself (from the UK). You don’t require a proxy or anything and it shows up immediately in your library

You don't mess with Santa!
I've cleared all the stars and starite portions on all the levels, now I just need to do the object creation ones...
Hopefully the multiplayer component the Wii U version has gets added to the PC version in the future with a patch.

Shame it seems like THQ is going to go out of business or get bought out due to bankruptcy soon unless they get a massive cash injection.
Humble Bundle is always great though, don't think there's been a bad one yet.
Splinter Cel-err Hitman Absolution is driving me nuts trying to get silent assassin ranking on every level on a blind run starting with hard mode.

That looks sick!
Im not sure how I feel about how you link up to roads/rail rather than creating that from scratch though. Still man I love city building games! might have to find 2000

nah I think it makes sense, I always thought it was weird how you just had empty land and had to manually make connections to other cities, which always cost a ton.
