yeah cop the CD at anthem, I was really disappointed that they didnt fit a couple of my favorite tunes of the LP on the vinyl

all comes down to personal taste though


for me, just to name a few, left hand path, inviolable, demon drum, garrison, my kingdom were all absolutely top notch productions and musical compositions

idk, maybe, i liked the whole thing at first but it all just sort of melted together, all the minor strings the production is flawless i do agree, but maybe a bit TOO flawless

I see where that's coming from, and I do agree when it comes to a lot of that dungeon sound (like sleeper and shit), but with clubroot's work....naaaah. the clean ness is part of it, it gets its character from something else besides a gritty mixdown with a huge pumping sub bass, that's the genius of it. I honestly can't explain it the way that I feel it, it has to be explained by hearing it through my ears, it can't be expressed vocally


as I said, ultimately comes down to who you are and how music hits you - certain characteristics of music hits different people in different ways, which is why everyone has different tastes

It's so cool how different people live their lives and go about their business. It's amazing that some people actively spend their lives helping others and removing themselves from their own mind in order to aid other people, and yet at the same time there are those who do the exact opposite and spend their time attacking others and snarling, to feed their own mind. I wonder how many other animals have such a broad personality spectrum
