ourboss likes to email us, then print it off, drop it on our desk and say 'did you get my email? here it is in physical form' in the space of five minutes.

the managers here call you from the office next door.
They speak on speaker phones and you can hear the conversation twice with a slight delay.
To make it worst, I used to sit across from the one guy who used to call me.
We would look at each other while he spoke to me on the speaker phone.
I`d just put the phone down and go talk to him.

Thankfully we don't have that.


I'm overseeing organisationally 'green' policy changes in my department up to 2015, and reducing paper waste was one of the things I implemented, so gives me carte blanche to kick off at anyone trying to pass off 'hard copy' of anything

There was one guy in our office who used to listen to his voicemail every morning on speaker phone. Pissed everyone off. So one time before I went home from work, I left him a voicemail from a withheld number of me yelling "YOU FUCKING SICK C.UNT YOU SHE WAS ONLY 15!"

He didn't do it again after that playing that back on speaker.

I used to shout at him while he was on the phone.
