Would defo add Outkast - ATLiens to that though, one of my all time faves!

Nice list Mags, will have to check a load of that stuff out, I need to listen to more decent hip hop.

while I'm at it check out Illogic - Celestial Clockwork, great album, reckon it might be up your street. Also check out Rhyme Asylum, ridiculously OTT UK horrorcore type shit but their wordplay is unbelievable... That's about the limit of my hip hop knowledge though so your list will be a massive help

That was the 2nd CD I ever got. I was 9, big up parents not giving a fuck, exposing me to the realness of the hood at a young age.

Pedro - WORD. For some reason I don't think I actually own any of Cormega's albums which is probably why I forgot about him, but yeah, he should definitely be included. I think I might have been a little bit too Pro-Nas during his best period..

Garethom - I was kind of torn on Outkast albums... almost ended up just putting every single one of them down. My lady won't be pleased with me missing out ATLiens either.

Laszlo - Haha, was waiting for someone to point that out. I was going to put it into 90s, but it kind of kicked off the 00s for me as I got it a few months late and it seemed to herald the start of a slightly new era.

Also, Capone and Noreaga - The War Report should have gone into the 90s section.
