most people in Switzerland speak swiss german.
for the french speaking part, to which you're referring...
70 -> septante
80 -> huitante (no idea why everyone seems to think the romands use "octante"... they never did)
90 -> nonante
canadian french is by far the weirdest. "char", lol.
