The track is sick! All it really needs is boosted levels, sounds a little quiet at the moment, could be my headphones though, they aren't the best for handling a wider spectrum of frequencies.

Sorry to spam but, I added some elements to the intro based on a few suggestions from mates:

Once the bass hits, it's the same track as the other one though.
What do you reckon to the additions?

only just got around to listening to some of these, as i've managed to cop a monady off work and i said i would listen over these tunes and feedback on them, some really interesting ideas going at the moment!
J-One - day 1 sounds awesome mate, really liking the vibe you've got going! you creating a musical log book? is there a day 2?
phrex - levels are really low, need to bring them up alot - and add some brightness to the tune. it's heavy - bit sounds abit drowny - sick tune though
snypa - deep tune mate, understand you're going for that progressive feel but i recon you could drop that sub bass part in at 1:20ish, 2 minutes for an intro is abit long IMO
phigure - really nice percussion agwannin' there, maybe a bit to much reverb. but thats personal opinion yet again, what DAW are you on ?

Just some additional feedback to warrant what I am about to do:
J-one: That intro is stunning, love everything about it. The kick comes in perfectly and It is nice to hear a little bass before the kick in an intro. The drop is lush, not sure I entirely dig the vocal samples but that is a personal preference as opposed to something hindering the track. That switch up in bass is amazing, love that part and the swooshing sounds just add to how awesome it sounds.
Soiree: Not 100% sure on the hats in the intro, seems to detract from the lovely sweeping pad. Like the electro kick. The amen ish snare pattern is nice. I would definately do something with that hi hat throughout though. Love the bass, although I think it gets a little too busy with the synth patterns.
The bridge and second drop are nice, love the vocal sample and the effects applied.
Phigure: fuck man, that is a decent tune. Love it a lot. Finnish it, I would love to play it out.
Right, now for my cheecky addition: Re worked the tune yet again to specifically take on board some of the suggestions made here. shortened the intro by a fair bit, made a few subtle changes to the drop and body of the track trying to retain interest a little more. Changed the bridge between the second drop so it is more friendly in terms of how many bars it covers and that's about it. Does it work better like this?
