last night I got drunk, thought of Camilla Parker-Bowles and threw up.

Had a poo as wide as my fist and as dry as a piece of granite last night (due to codeine binges and eating almost no fibre recently). Hurt more than anything I've ever pood out but damage seemed temporary, bumhole recovered in just a few minutes
Today I have a slightly smaller, slightly less dry poo. Pretty painful, feels like it was never ending but just couldn't get the last bit out. Bare stinging. So I wipe, look at the paper, no poo on it. Turns out the feeling of not having got the poo out was just my bumhole split to FUCK. Paper almost soaked through with blood. Fuck my life.
Only dry poos I've had in like 3 years (thanks to IBS) and they were pretty extreme. My bumhole is battered and bruised.

Do sitz bath. I've never had that painful of a constipation, hemorrhoids, or given birth, but I'm sure it will feel good on your perianal area.
