Went to Cardiff last night to see Alix Perez. Convinced everyone to head over to the Well Rounded Showcase across town for a few hours before. Ended up meeting Perez outside of the Well Rounded event before his set over at Aperture. Was a lovely spot of luck really.

band practice last night was quality, bare awkward time signatures abound in every corner... currently down in brighton kicking it with my best mate in preparation for his gig with ed rush tonight, any brighton ninjas thinking of coming volks tonight say hello to the guy with a blue t-shirt with the statue of liberty (with a big sponge hand) on it

Ok, so far today...

• Got myself a SNES emulator and have spent the day playing Secret Of Mana
• Didn't win either of the items I rather foolishly bid on on eBay the other day
• Whilst tidying, found a can of beer at the back of one of the kitchen cupboards, which is currently chilling in my fridge for consumption
• Saints winning again
• Generally fantastic mood all round
