Really thinking that my lifestyle is choices are starting to take their toll physically and mentally. I find it hard to stay sober for more than a couple of days, rarely even 24 hours too be honest. Not really sure what to do.

Not just drinking, anything i can get my hands on really. Ususally ketamine or alcohol, recently a bit of acid. I have a lot of interests, music, art etc however raving and free partying is a very big part of my life as well. Its hard to explain, but most days I wake up and have an undying urge to be in an altered mind state.

too be honest with you I don't do that much ket anymore, thats mostly weekends now. Down from like 5 grams a day to like 1 a week possibly. Definitely getting burned out from too many drugs though, I really could do with a holiday somewhere. Never even been out the country. Its probably what i need.

It got bad mate, my head was fucked, I didn't know what I was doing with my life. Was on the dole, nothing to do all day, going through some serious depression at the time too. Really glad that point in my life is over. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.

damn man... i think noam had a good idea with the camping. find a physical activity to do that you couldn't do on drugs and that might help you stay sober every now and then? glad you cut back but tbh, 1 gram a week of K is a lot of K for your body

you said you've never been out of the country, maybe time to take up a backpack and check the world out!!

Got my rear wheel cylinder replaced a month ago. After a week, brake pedal started to feel soft and spongy. Took it to another shop, said nothing was wrong with the master cylinder, bled the system. In just days, it started to feel soft again. Took it to my old mechanic from ten years ago, master cylinder had a leak. Gahhhhhhhh! I don't poop $$$ here you fn bastards! Now, brakes feel nice and hard.

Moral of the story: Mechanics, a lovely purse, comfortable shoes, and a soulmate, all have one thing in common. In this world overpopulated with these, one is still hard to find. I hope this mechanic is the one.
