@ Blinkesko. I like the glitch, but the bass isn't very clear and it gets a bit lost in the glitching. Try and clean up the sound a bit and give it a slightly strong higher end so the glitching is more intense and clear.

Lysergical - Neat track, but the mix needs a decent amount of work. Pretty much every element is lacking in definition, pay a little closer attention to where you're eqing. Also, I'm not gonna comment on the yoi

This isn't anything that could be considered 'standard' dubstep, but I usually just mess around and let the song build itself, then clean up afterwards. Let me know what you think and what I could do to improve.
The Intro is fairly weak imho, but I think the second half is much stronger.

@ NiceGuy. I really need a new drum kit.

@Niceguy : Yeah, you need another drum kit, EQing it too. Try to add some more sub too. Nothing else to say :p
@Lysergical : Nice intro, a little bit more build up would be fine. Your bassline is very high, even too much for me, try to hi-cut at 12k and see what happens. Good job anyway
@Artie Fufkin : When the bass comes, your kick disapears ( magical tricks ? ). Your sub seems to low. Melody is quiet good :p
@Mistayif : Nice, deep, and well balanced. I'd love to do some tracks like yours. I mean it.
@Crakasteven : Another very good tune, love rythmics on it. Nothing wrong on this !
@Dubmickey : Intro is good, bassline not too bad but could be better. One tip : Add some more events on your tracks, make it more punchy
@ Ralfzilla : Sounds good... but... isn't it a bit repetitive ? add more things to your track too and it will be fine !
@Ponyboy : Well, hum... huuuu.... it's like.... ( sigh )... Yeah, it looks like a future banger ! Keep it up, and send me that track :>
@Manyyyy : Max Out style ! nice track.
@Voodeedoo : Not dubstep, but good work... and it could be a good intro on glitching the guitar
@Amphibian : Nice & deep, atmosphere is really good on your track, keep it up. Maybe your closed hat could need some more volume
Ok, enough feedback for the moment. I haven't posted a track for a long time, i'm aiming at learning piano and having a better knowledge on musicality. But today, i opened my DAW and tried something new. It took just a couple hours so this is just a short clip, lot of things will be add or change ( more variation on main melody for exemple ). This is just a clip, but i need some criticism to know what sounds good or not. Soundcloud
Thanks for answering !

@Darj - I think the wobbles need more direction, they seem to not go anywhere. i like the diversity you used though. also kind of repetitive, there's no breaks for the crowd to catch their breath haha.
@Artie Fufkin - like the percussion. the hihats are a tad bit loud i think. also the synths could use some steroids, maybe some sort of distortion or overdrive could do? something about it seems a bit weak to me. the mix lacks a bit volume/gain wise, but other than that keep it up.
@ctang - luv dat drum and snare cant wait til it dun derp
I have two demos. This one's rather short. Soundcloud
This other demo I haven't finished for a while but after my friends kept bugging me about it I feel I should. Any ideas?

@niceguy next time give some feedback first, but, your sound design was good towards the middle, the mixdown needs alot of work, i couldnt even hear the drums and the midrange was kind of ear pericing at some points, has potential but try adding a bit more melodic elements than just that midrange sound
@darj mixdown sounds pretty good, maybe turn that snare up a tad bit, just a tad, and try putting some breaks in the drums followed by a crash or something to keep them interesting, the melody is pretty groovy lol, every 2 bars try using the same melody but the sound changed a bit
@ voodoodee the SC link was pretty sick actually, but its not really a song, (i think you know this) i was waiting for some punchy dnb drums to come in, that would make it pretty sick actually
@ogunslinger those sounds in the intro are very nice, very dark, when the main wobble comes in, it has warmth but it still sounds thin for some reason, i cant really put my finger on it, Drums could use more punch i think though, they seem to be sittin in the back, maybe try putting a high passed clicky kick on top of the meaty one
i FINALY got soundcloud to transcode my song after about 50 trys, this my first track messin around at 100bpm, and my first decent sound using FM8. Sub bass hasnt been added in yet, soundcloud messed with the sound though so its not as crisp and its bugging me but oh well lol
Rules are rules. No feedback until you've provided. Step up.

@Voodeedoo - Love the sounds in that first demo. Proper analogue glitchey sounding. would love to sample some of those sounds you have put in there. Too chaotic for a tune as it is though in my opinion, lots of stuff going on
@Darj - Like the melody and the stabs in the background but could do with a change
@RandoRando - Like the vocal sample and the variation in bass sounds you have in the first half. Not sure about the last 20 seconds. That bass has a little too much high end for my tastes

@sawtoothsoldier - Liking the whole "Stop-Go" thing it has going on. Pretty laid back, just the way I like it. Piano line is very nice. No real tips, just keep it up!
@RandoRando - Very crazy, I'm not too into this stuff, but as far as this style goes, you are doing it well. As for the intro, preferably something less abrupt, but I'm assuming you didn't spend any time on it because you just wanted to show the main riffs.
@Voodeedoo-
Track1 - Love the glitchy thing. It's really not dubstep though. Regardless, I like it, but then again I'm a huge fan of glitch.
Track2- WOW. Love the Mojojojo sample, lots of memories. As far as the dubstep itself goes, it's good. I'd definitely say get around to finishing this track, perhaps incorporating some more Mojojojo samples for novelty.
My track: A remix of that Stereo Love song, I just love the accordion thing. My remix isn't too complex, infact I've tried to add a lot to it, but I keep going back to this simple version. Any suggestions as for a better intro would be great, but other then that, I'm clueless.

sawtooth- funky vibes. the perc seems low but it could be a preference to the sound on this honestly. the clip of random people talkin in the background is kinda noticeable though like abrupt start and start.
rando- sample is real shit quality. and the yoi's i could do without. snare isnt snappy enough. short wip though
ogun- seems like nothing meshes together. its all fighting for air, really hard to hear a kick in any of it. the build ups are a let down, its got no time to distinguish whats about to happen, its just too fluid it seems like. samples really take away from everything, and the synth seems really muddy.

@ogunslinger: It just seems like the bassline doesn't sync with the drums very well. Try playing your wobble in your daw at a slow speed and watch when it resets. It sounds to me like when it resets, its really really low where you would high pass it so it doesn't interfere with your sub and so it sounds like that low end part of it is cut so it seems to fade in after the kick. It seems really prominent at that part about halfway through where it comes back. Does anyone else hear it?? I hope this helps. Although I have heard this(and my friend heard it too) in big name tracks too where it seems a little imprecise.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
drums were basically looped so I could upload for some feedback, so that explains the sync!
as for the kick it's pretty subby with a lil high end in it. (need to do some sidechain'n)
Still needs to be completed + additional elements and a proper mixdown n ish
funfunfun

@oprs lets get fuckin housey!
i love the sub, it's soo sick
dies out a bit towards the end but the first half is raelly fun
@internetslavemaster
not really my kind of thing but its nice and clean sounding, just needs a few mix tweaks imo. i'd boost the levels of the drums with some compression and lower the sub a bit.
@sawtooth soldier
very laid back, nice track. i love that lazy piano lead
Here's my latest, started on it this afternoon, its one of those projects that just clicks straight away and it kind of creates itself. You might need to turn your speakers up, sorry.
