James Blake! But every other artist mentioned is certainly worthy of it (no comment on Skrillex).

Ok, really, there is little doubt that the best producer of 2010 is Ramadanman. I can't see how he can keep up this pace in 2011.
I think 2011 will be the year for Kromestar, Silkie, and instra:mental. These 4 guys are prolific, original, and keep this genre fresh.
As far as who was most *important* in 2010, it undoubtedly has to be Skream and Benga's work as Magnetic Man. Poppy but solid crossover tunes.
