its the drop at 1:31 which I want to replicate, thanks a lot
Wha'ts up?
Really looking to make a riser sound. Like an audience, but very quick. Something like this:
From 1:18-1:19 there's a quick almost yell/roar of an audience....like a riser.
Can anyone help me make something similar or do I have to just get lucky enough to find a sample of something similar?
Thanks in advance!
- looking for help on the main bass in this song. The double layered one at the drop that sounds like a really awEsome demonic cry. Anyone have an tips on how to get close to this sound?

Sounds like he found a sample of a crowd going "ohhhhh" and then just added a bunch of effects, including pitch modulation. I dunno maybe check for game show samples, where you know the crowd is playing an active role.

You could just record your own voice and layer it with different pitched versions

Its the main bass synth at the drop.
I've been stumped on this sound for months. its used in alot of songs and im pulling my hair out trying to figure it out.
any help with this is much appreciated
Really stupid question, but that main synth, I guess you could call it a pad, how do you achieve that sound?

I really would if I could. I can make it perfectly, I mean I've been beatboxing for 7 years now lol I have a crappy usb mic that doesn't work with my new laptop. I also have an old good quality audiotechnica mic that upon research has too much "phantom power" for it to work unless I have some type of device for it to plug into and then plug that device into my computer??????????
Any help on that while on the subject?
My computer has a built in mic but it doesn't play well with fl studio. Haven't tried it in ableton yet now that I think about it. I guess if worse comes to worst, I could try and record it in like voice recorder or something crappy and then throw that in ableton?
Anyone else have other ideas on recreating that sound?
I'm wondering how I'd go about making the epic brass/strings that you hear throughout the song, I really like the middle eastern theme (I'm not sure if he's sampled them or what, but I thought I'd try here to find out). I'm using NI Massive and FL Studio, any help would be appreciated .

The main high pitched lead in this one. Kicks in at 0.14-15. Pretty much typical circus record sound but i havent figured out how to nail it yet.
Anybody who can help?

You can get a 'yoi' sound in masive simply by downward modulation of the 'modern talking oscillator.
As for the rest it is achived mostly by constant automated modulation of various parameters with evelopes and pitch.
So its basically a 'yoi' sound. Mess with it and make your own sound.

I'd really like to make the timewarp/record slow-down then back to original speed sound found at 6 seconds in to this track. Bounce then sampler & pitchbend with a little filter action? I really dunno...

It is the modern talking wavetable in massive. Modulate it and u'll have the same sound. Throw some effects on it and experiment.

How to make the vowel like bassline in this song?
Im sure its a little more complex than just "modern talking" on massive
