Exactly. I'm guessing she'd think storming into a restaurant and demanding a meal at knifepoint from the chef would be fairly unnacceptable, even though they give food away all day. I haven't watched that video (work) and can't say Snooki's someone that makes it into my cultural space, but punching someone for being "mean" is clearly completely different to raping somebody for being attractive or raping somebody because they enjoy sex.
