Clean I used the Acousitc Energu for years and they definitly deliver sub, check the reviews

Like if you have the space and budget to go hifi do but if not they are the best computer speakers I've heard despite being 5 years old

You sure they deliver sub? I've never heard them myself but I just googled them and the website says the subwoofer only goes down to 50hz...

I'm not technical enough to get what's delivered below or above 50hz, what I remember is that my collection which would be bass heavy would be delivered really well
so I've just done a bass test and there's a definite drop off between 50-40hz and then nothing below 40 but how many dedicated subs at < £150 are delivering in the 30-50hz range?

I know 30hz is asking too much at that price range, but to me any serious dubstep listener shouldn't accept anything higher than 40hz as a bottom frequency response. Then again maybe I'm just too picky...
