I think youre worrying too much, do what you want to do. Loads of flat mates get into relationships, its hardly going to make it unbearable for the others living with you is it.
Quite possibly the greatest analogy I have ever heard.cityzen wrote:Just tell her "Bitch, you without me is like Harold Melvin without the Blue Notes, you'll never go platinum!"

Today sucked, went and spoke to an advisor person, no conclusion since the situation is so layered.
Saw her earlier and it was silent
Don't break shit off with this girl just cause you think your flatmates might be a bit funny about it at first, even if they are funny about it, if you and her are serious then they'll soon realise this and it'll no longer be an issue
don't make excuses and blame others when its none of their god damn business anyway
now just go tell her what i just told you and then rag her brains out with the door open so that all your housemates can see

it wasn't a councilor, just an advice woman, like a drop in thing. No solution, and I totally am rolling with the "fuck everyone else" thing, but when H and H2 hate the fuck out of each other but I get on very well with both of them, I feel I have to have an equilibrium of sorts. Especially since I hinted at something happening H2 hates the idea.mikey g wrote:did you seriously go see a councillor about this? sorry but i think they have better things to do with their time as opposed to helpin you stick it to the girlnext door without upsetting a few peeps.
If H2 really is your mate, then he'll deal with it. Unless of course you secretly suspect H2 has the hots for you. In which case tread lightly.say_whut wrote:it wasn't a councilor, just an advice woman, like a drop in thing. I know, I know, it's my choice but at this point in time, I'm easing off a bit.
