Yeah, I feel ya. And they are from Cali, so they'll be around. I seriously wonder how this nights gonna go. Obviously it won't be some eyes down, dimly lit type of deal, meaning Mala's most likely gonna have to cater to people who are moreso into what his peers will be playing. Tbh, I think he's a completely random addition to this lineup, but I dig it and definitely do appreciate it. I just hope everyone gets at least an hour each

Exactly, I can see EPROM and Salva a lot more frequently than Mala. Last chance I had to see Mala was 2009, and I was 15, so I obviously couldnt go


And nah, I think Mala knows that when he plays, people expect a certain vibe, and he's gonna bring that. I don't think guys like him really care about appealing to the common denominator.

Same thing when I saw Joe Nice at some terrible brostep night. When he stepped up to the decks, he knew it was a room full of bros who wouldn't be into it, but he took it deep nonetheless for the 5 of us who were there for that.

I emailed the peeps at Yoshi's asking how long the set is and they said they don't know, but definitely no less than an hour.

Very good news. This makes me way more excited now

definitely excited to see them, however as phigure said they are just not on the same level as mala. also i have opened for both of them here in phoenix.
