Not watched it but lol @ proper mixing and the main video image is him on a mac.. sums up 2013 mixing pretty well tbh

Take a listen.. regardless of if he's on that mac or not, it's a great mix. If you only had audio and not video, you wouldn't know the difference, so does it really matter?

Or is the term "proper mixing" only allowed to be used when using two Technics and a mixer?

dunno, there's been so much stuff going on that I didn't bother checking regularly. the grime sessions are good (riko, bokbok, slimzee, spyro, flirta d, slew dem), same goes for ben ufos 4h session, pev & kowtons 4h session, actress adidas set and the PAN sets earlier this year, also delroy edwards on a hype ting.

fav boilers of this year for me are probably T Williams, Slimzee, spyro, submerse was ok, dream continuum, teeth, teklife takeover, Frankie Knuckles etc
